UK DELIVERY
Reign Padel currently ships to addresses within the United Kingdom.
We offer the following delivery options:
Standard Delivery
3–5 business days
£4.99, or FREE on orders of £100 or more.
Express Delivery
1–2 business days
£6.99, or FREE on orders of £100 or more.
Delivery options and charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
ORDER PROCESSING
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Delivery times shown are estimates and may be affected by weekends, bank holidays, courier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@reignpadel.com. We will do our best to help, but we may be unable to change an address once an order has been dispatched.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Occasionally a delivery may take longer than expected due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@reignpadel.com and we will investigate the delivery with the carrier.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by estimated delivery times.
LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@reignpadel.com.
Please include your order number and, where relevant, photographs of any damage to the parcel or product so that we can investigate and put things right.
