At Reign Padel, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to Return
- Email us at acharlesh14@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll confirm your return request within 2 business days.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Send the item to the address provided in our confirmation email.
Return Postage
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your racket for a different model, please follow the returns process above and place a new order for the item you'd like.
